This style of Rosé (The combination of Classic and Kvevri wines) is not so common in Georgia and it has its special freshness. This wine combines the two most important Kakheti grape varieties - Mtsvane and a hint of Saperavi. Even a splash of Saperavi greatly changes the aroma and flavor of a classic wine made from Mtsvane. Both grapes are grown in Ozhio village of Akhmeta. This pale pink wine gives first hints of white strawberry, later complemented with citrus and floral aromas. It is a thin, light summer wine, with high acidity.

Food Pairing: Like other classic dry rosés, this wine also pairs well with a lot of meals, such as pâté, salmon, light salads, even a fruit assortment.
